Job Title: Warehouse Operations Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to support our material movement, storage, and logistics operations. This role involves hands-on coordination of inbound and outbound materials, optimization of warehouse space, and adherence to Good Distribution Practices (GDP/GxP).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling complex manual or operational tasks to support smooth warehouse and logistics processes.
  • Coordinating and executing inbound and outbound activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching materials.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate material flows.
  • Operating warehouse equipment as required.
  • Optimizing storage space and supporting inventory accuracy and control activities.
  • Maintaining accurate and complete documentation in line with SOPs, GDP, and audit readiness standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience in warehouse operations, distribution, or supply chain preferred.
  • Familiarity with regulated environments (pharma, healthcare, or medical devices) is an advantage.
Skills and Attributes:
  • Strong understanding of material handling and inventory flow principles.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in task execution and documentation.
  • Basic technical and mechanical aptitude to handle equipment and resolve minor operational issues.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
