System Engineering Specialist

  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing system integration solutions across various platforms, ensuring seamless connectivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications that meet the needs of our organization.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

System Performance and Troubleshooting

  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Perform regular updates, patches, and backups to maintain the integrity and security of our systems.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users, empowering them to effectively utilize our systems.

Security and Compliance

  • Implement robust cybersecurity measures and access controls to safeguard our data and systems from potential threats.
  • Ensure our systems comply with relevant data protection regulations and industry standards, maintaining the highest level of security and compliance.
  • Conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments, including phishing tests and training to staff, to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Data Analytics and Innovation

  • Support data warehousing and business intelligence initiatives, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure data integrity and availability across systems and platforms, guaranteeing accurate and reliable information.
  • Assist in developing dashboards and reporting tools to enhance data visualization and decision-making capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support, with a strong background in system engineering and architecture.
  • Experience with Microsoft Navision ERP, Power BI/Jet Reports/QlikView implementation, development, testing, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure), Database (SQL/NoSQL), and Networking.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and compliance frameworks.
