Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join our team at First Point Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading business development efforts in the Data Center market, developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue high-impact sales opportunities within the Data Center market, focusing on new opportunities, hunter-mindset.
  • Craft and present compelling proposals that highlight our unique value propositions.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals with a focus on creating win-win outcomes that align with both client expectations and company objectives.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/HVAC Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • 5+ years of experience and proven track record in business development in Direct Liquid Cooling systems (Data Centers experience would be of advantage).
  • Strong technical knowledge in piping systems (design, installation and maintenance), fluid systems, heat transfer, and thermal management systems.
