Production Process Specialist
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing daily production processes to meet quality and output targets.
Key responsibilities include promptly addressing process deviations to minimize downtime, actively participating in production operations, and taking over production responsibilities during operator absences to ensure uninterrupted operations.
The ideal candidate will perform routine inspections, calibration, and adjustments on machinery and equipment, document production activities, issues encountered, and corrective actions taken.
They will collect and analyze production data to identify trends, prepare daily and weekly performance reports, and ensure accurate recording of production metrics.
The Production Process Specialist will also perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, identifying recurring issues and recommending long-term solutions.
In addition, they will adhere to all safety, health, and environmental regulations, ensuring safe equipment operation and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
Effective communication with the quality control, maintenance, and logistics teams is essential, as well as supporting training programs for operators to enhance their skills.
The successful candidate will propose innovative ideas for continuous improvement, focusing on cost savings and productivity enhancements.
Requirements:A Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering is required.
Minimum one year of relevant work experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, is preferred.
Experience in the adhesive, paint, or chemical industry is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and AutoCAD is necessary.
