\We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join our team. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive consumer engagement, and support business growth.
\Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting market research, analyzing consumer insights, and monitoring competitor activities to identify brand opportunities.
- Evolving brand positioning, tone, and visual identity.
- Translating brand goals into actionable brand calendars and campaign plans.
- Maintaining and enforcing brand guidelines across all touchpoints and teams.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals. Planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, collaborating with design, content, and social teams to execute the brand-building plan, and developing and maintaining brand assets will be crucial aspects of your role.
\Managing packaging development projects, ensuring consistency in pack messaging, naming, claims, and visual identity, and overseeing updates to content and design across various platforms will be essential for maintaining a strong and consistent brand presence.
\Monitoring brand performance metrics and campaign KPIs, presenting monthly brand performance summaries, staying up to date with market trends, and ensuring efficient allocation of resources will be critical for tracking performance and brand health.
\Requirements:
\- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) with at least 6 years of work experience.
- 2 years of direct brand management experience.
- Prior experience in owning campaigns, packaging projects, and brand assets, preferably in FMCG, D2C, food, wellness, or healthcare brands.
Key Skills:
