Job Title: Social Media Content Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Content Specialist to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging social media posts, including creative copywriting, graphics, and layouts.
  • Develop high-quality video content for short-form videos/reels with compelling captions and storytelling.
  • Design print media content for brochures, flyers, posters, and other materials.
  • Maintain and update product listings, images, and descriptions for our online store.
  • Manage and grow our presence on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Monitor and respond to social media messages and comments promptly to maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Plan and execute user-generated content campaigns to encourage authentic content sharing.
  • Work with influencers/KOLs to boost brand awareness and reach.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and optimize strategies based on results.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Design or related field.
  • Proven experience in social media content creation.
  • Strong copywriting skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in graphic/video editing tools (Illustrator and Photoshop).
  • Creative thinker with strong communication and organizational skills.
