About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to empower enterprise organizations to unlock the power of data and AI using a modern open data lakehouse, streaming, and machine learning platform.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for removing technical barriers and accelerating adoption of our data and AI platform.

You will partner with customers to architect enterprise-scale solutions that span data ingestion, transformation, governance, and machine learning, including emerging use cases around Generative AI.

A Day in the Life:

• Collaborate with customers, partners, and prospects to understand business and technical requirements

• Design data and AI solutions using our technologies

• Architect end-to-end machine learning pipelines from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring

• Lead technical conversations around MLOps, data science workflows, and GenAI integration with enterprise platforms

• Own the technical sales process from introduction through post-sales success, including expansion and renewal

• Deliver demos, whiteboarding sessions, and proof-of-concepts that showcase real-world value

• Evangelize our AI and data platform vision to data scientists, ML engineers, and business stakeholders

Requirements:

We are looking for a customer-facing, hands-on technologist with a strong track record of success. You will need:

• Strong understanding of data and AI technologies and their applications

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Experience with MLOps, data science workflows, and GenAI integration

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
