Cost Estimation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cost Estimation Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise in budget management and contract administration.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop accurate cost estimates and budgets for ongoing projects.
  • Evaluate and manage project budgets throughout the lifecycle.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Conduct site measurements and valuations to support progress claims and variation orders.
  • Prepare final accounts and ensure all contractual and financial documentation is up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with the project team to achieve cost efficiency and timeline adherence.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Possess at least 2 years of relevant experience in the construction or renovation industry in Singapore.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software, such as CostX.
  • Exhibit strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Speak fluent English.
