Senior FMCG Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior FMCG Account Manager to join our team at The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and fast-paced company, driving sales growth and building strong relationships with key accounts.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis role will be responsible for managing the Key Account sales performance in line with agreed and annual sales budget and performance. You will develop and maintain effective working relationships with account holders at HQ Level, liaise with Key Account's buyers for updates, promotional activation, and periodic reviews.
- Plan, execute, evaluate promotions to optimise cost, sales, and volume effectiveness.
- Manage promotion spend within allocated funds.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Production, Logistics, Purchasing team) to resolve supply chain, customer service, and marketing issues.
You will also manage and guide the Sales Team's operational effectiveness, ensuring that they provide updates on promotions activation and display guides in stores through monthly internal Sales meetings.
- Conduct monthly meetings with the sales team to provide updates on forward promotional activities and related matters.
- Responsible for product promotion proposal submission, negotiation, and execution.
