Job Summary:
Solar Project Managers oversee the installation of solar energy systems, leading onsite planning and management teams. They serve as a key contact point between clients and the company during construction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement solar energy systems
  • Manage onsite planning and team execution
  • Coordinate with clients throughout the construction process
  • Develop and adjust project work plans to meet evolving needs
  • Implement projects on time and within budget
  • Identify and mitigate potential safety risks
  • Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations
  • Prepare for quality assurance procedures

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills and independence
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Solar Project Management
  • Experience with solar project execution advantageous
  • Proficiency in PVsyst, AutoCAD, and construction modeling software
  • Results-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about renewables
  • Team player with Six Sigma/Kaizen certification beneficial
  • Singaporean/PR applicants only
