The boutique golf store seeks a sales associate with exceptional interpersonal skills and product knowledge to enhance the customer shopping experience. Your role will involve building lasting relationships with high-end clientele, providing personalized services, and driving sales through strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate strong relationships with discerning customers by understanding their preferences, needs, and requirements.

  • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients' preferences and support their golfing journey.
  • Develop personalized outreach strategies to maintain ongoing client engagement, including follow-up calls, emails, and marketing events.

Sales Excellence:

  • Provide exceptional shopping experiences by recommending suitable products and upselling.
  • Drive sales by developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue opportunities, including cross-selling and inventory management.

Product Knowledge:

  • Master brand products and stay informed about industry trends, new arrivals, and emerging technologies in golf.
  • Anticipate customer preferences by staying up-to-date on the latest golf fashion and accessories.

Boutique Operations Support:

  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a luxurious ambiance and assist in visual merchandising.
  • Support inventory management, including stock replenishment, and maintaining accurate records of product availability.
