Corporate Treasury Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned treasury professional to lead our expanding financial trading and marketing teams.

This is a high-impact leadership role with direct oversight of balance sheet strategy, treasury product development, and front-office treasury operations.

About the Role

This position sits at the heart of our corporate-focused treasury function. Reporting directly to senior management and interfacing with headquarters, you will be responsible for the full suite of treasury activities — from interest rate and FX risk management, to funding strategy, bond investments, ALCO hosting, and expanding treasury product offerings.

You will oversee two key teams (Financial Marketing and Financial Trading), and play a central role in shaping our treasury roadmap and supporting broader corporate banking objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership experience managing treasury or front-office teams
  • Strong knowledge in treasury product development, trading, and marketing
  • Track record of success in meeting budgets, regulatory alignment, and cross-department collaboration
