Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plant Care Professional to join our team at ONEO2PLANTS PTE. LTD. As a key member of our horticultural team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional plant maintenance services and ensuring the health and well-being of our plants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality plant maintenance services, including pruning, watering, and monitoring plant health
  • Assist in the preparation, display, and loading/unloading of plants as required
  • Trimming of potting plants to maintain their appearance and promote healthy growth
  • Removing unwanted, dead, or damaged leaves to prevent the spread of disease
  • Monitoring and maintaining plant health through regular inspections and maintenance tasks
  • Provide excellent customer service and effective communication with other departments to ensure seamless case closure
  • Perform ad-hoc operation tasks as assigned by your supervisor

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical fitness to perform manual tasks
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
