About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Optometrist to join our team at FOPTICS PLUS PTE. LTD. as a key member of our retail stores. As an Optometrist, you will play a crucial role in helping customers see better and feel better by participating in the glasses frame and lens selection process, refraction, and dispensing.

About You

We are looking for a multi-skilled individual who is a professional problem solver, detail-oriented, team-oriented, dependable, and possesses a service-oriented mindset. You will work closely with our Operations Department to ensure that every step of order creation is executed correctly and accurately.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide adequate refraction services to customers
  • Educate customers on the results and propose suitable solutions to raise their quality of life
  • Manage customer orders from end to end
  • Build up competencies in behind-the-scenes processes like Edging, Adjustments, and Quality Control
  • Manage inventory and test and improve existing processes
