Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team at HLA GARMENT (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and tidy store environment, ensuring excellent visual merchandising standards.
  • Support daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and personalized recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and meet company objectives.

Requirements:

  • O-Level qualification or above.
  • No prior working experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training for our team members.

  • A competitive basic salary of SGD 1900-2400 per month, with opportunities for commission and bonuses.
