  • We're seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team at our new outlet in Jewel.
Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Bartender to join our opening team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring high product standards and consistency, and maintaining a harmonious relationship with other team members.

  • Anticipate and attend to guests' needs and desires immediately.
  • Maintain a high standard of knowledge regarding beverage products.
  • Prepare beverages according to guests' requests.
  • Upsell beverages as opportunities arise.
  • Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards.
  • Strive to achieve departmental targets.
  • Maintain cleanliness of bar areas.
  • Comply with local licensing laws.
  • Assist other departments as necessary.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1-3 years of experience as a bartender.
  • A high standard of hospitality and service skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven objection handling, prospecting, and negotiation skills.
