This role supports the Executive Director and contributes to marketing and business development activities targeting Singapore-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Executive:
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to raise the company's profile and attract new clients.
    • Manage the company's digital presence, including social media platforms, website updates, and content creation.
    • Coordinate and support events, briefings, and webinars.
    • Manage marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters.
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
    • Track and report on marketing activities and their effectiveness.
    • Support Taiwan office's marketing activities as needed.
  • Executive Assistant:
    • Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
    • Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the Executive Director.
    • Support client relationship management by maintaining client databases and ensuring timely follow-ups.
    • Assist with the preparation of client proposals, reports, and presentations.
    • Perform ad-hoc duties as required to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar dual role or in marketing and administrative functions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive and resourceful attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
