Academic English Language Instructor

The role involves delivering English language composition writing and lessons to students at the primary and secondary levels. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, and be willing to work flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver English language composition writing and English language lessons in line with established guidelines and frameworks to achieve desired learning outcomes.
  • Adapt teaching methodologies to cater to individual student needs.
  • Motivate students through engaging and dynamic lessons.
  • Exercise initiative and proactive behavior in the classroom.
  • Ensure punctuality and effective time management skills.
  • Communicate effectively and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
  • Design and customize lesson plans to align with students' requirements.
  • Provide written feedback on student progress.
  • Enhance and create curriculum materials as necessary.
  • Identify and address learning obstacles faced by students.
  • Supervise students during peak periods and maintain classroom discipline.
