Job Overview

NATIONAL HEALTHCARE GROUP POLYCLINICS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/Executive Assistant to join its Clinical Research Unit. This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing administrative support to the Director, CRU.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

About the Role

We are offering a competitive salary of SGD 50,000 - 65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

This role provides an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about clinical research and wish to develop their skills and expertise in this field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calendar & Scheduling: Manage appointment scheduling of the Director's Calendar, provide secretarial support, process claims and payments as necessary, and assist with travel arrangements.
  • Administrative Support: Co-ordinate departmental meetings, arrange refreshments, prepare rooms and logistics, and write minutes upon request.
  • Data Collation: Collate and maintain statistics, submit collated training events' attendances to NHGP HRD, and track research outcome.
  • Research-related Administration: Provide grant administration support, assist in preparing presentation slides, organize research-related events, and coordinate and collate research-related course registration.
  • Other Administrative Matters: Track leave, raise IT Job Request, purchase stationery items, maintain filing systems, and back-up data.
Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Good understanding of clinical research principles and practices.
