Cloud Storage Solutions Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Storage Solutions Architect to collaborate with our cloud sales and presales teams. This role will involve understanding client needs, proposing tailored solutions, and delivering migration strategies.
- Collaborate with industry sales and presales teams to understand client requirements.
- Design robust technical architectures for customers.
- Develop implementation roadmaps for smooth solution rollout.
- Monitor market dynamics and customer demands.
- Support enablement initiatives for sales and partner teams.
- Contribute to technical documentation and solution playbooks.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in cloud computing and storage architecture.
- Strong experience supporting public cloud pre-sales or solution architecture.
- Proficiency in technical domains such as cloud-native storage solutions, object/file/block storage, log ingestion pipelines, observability frameworks, and data retention/compliance strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills in English and Chinese Mandarin.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
