The Binance Accelerator Program is a cutting-edge opportunity for individuals to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly evolving Web3 space.

Participants will be immersed in the operations of a leading global blockchain ecosystem and cryptocurrency infrastructure provider, with a focus on accelerating cryptocurrency adoption and increasing financial freedom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development and maintenance of core products
  • Compile and implement interface documentation for business modules
  • Demonstrate troubleshooting skills to resolve issues identified by the QA team
  • Assist the Customer Service team in resolving customer problems and classifying issues for system improvements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Computer-related major, Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Solid Java foundation with understanding of frameworks like multithreading and networking
  • Familiarity with Spring Microservice framework and its operation mechanisms
  • Experience with MySQL and middleware such as Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kafka
  • Good logical thinking, teamwork, and learning abilities
  • Effective communication skills and fluency in English
  • Experience with open-source projects is a plus
