We are seeking a seasoned marketing partnerships professional to drive business growth and innovation at Constellar Exhibitions Pte. Ltd.

About the Role
  • Reporting to the Event Director, you will lead the launch and ongoing success of our B2C events, generating new business leads through market research, cold calling, and building customer relationships.
  • You will develop targeted existing key account relationships and drive further revenue growth, creating high-quality show investment proposals that benefit both exhibiting partners and the company.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team, you will achieve the team's KPIs and identify opportunities to tie in with the event marketing campaign.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leverage your expertise in media sales, event sales, or marketing partnerships to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  2. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales strategies.
  3. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to increase revenue.
  4. Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to promote our events and services.
  5. Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and optimize future strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in media sales, event sales, or marketing partnerships, preferably in the e-commerce sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary of SGD $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment.
