Structural Coordination Specialist

The role of the Senior Architectural Coordinator is a vital part of any construction project. This professional oversees the implementation of construction works, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and implement sustainable engineering procedures and guidelines
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, and sub-contractors on structural issues
  • Lead structural coordination meetings and prepare relevant meeting minutes
  • In charge of B-score and C-score documentation

Requirements:

  • Degree in a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry
  • Excellent team spirit, good interpersonal skills, and "can-do" attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project Scheduling Software
  • Knowledge in BIM (Revit) / VDC software is an added advantage

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will be able to provide high-quality results while maintaining excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders.
