Job Summary:
Oriental Employment PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Building Construction Project Manager to oversee the execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil or structural engineering and experience in managing construction projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the project manager in all on-site technical and engineering matters
Supervise and monitor projects to ensure they are carried out in accordance with company procedures, quality standards, and contractual specifications
Prepare and submit shop drawings, materials, and monthly progress claims
Lead site coordination and execution of construction projects
Plan and schedule work with other trades and disciplines
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in civil or structural engineering
4-5 years of experience in building engineering projects
Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
Organized, meticulous, and positive work attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good analytical, supervision, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Completed QM project
Registered Core-trade Foremen/Supervisor
Ability to work night shifts or split shifts
Ability to work extra hours or weekends if needed
