Civil Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning and designing civil engineering work, with experience in preparation of design and technical specifications for tenders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing drawings, precast shop drawings & methods of the statement submitted by the contractor, liaising with design engineers, main contractors & specialist contractors for technical issues, and ensuring proper site documentation control and records.
Additionally, the candidate will coordinate internally with inter-departments and externally with clients & consultants, coordinating project planning, documentation, and execution of work on site, as well as monitoring the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning & ordering.
The role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and negotiation skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must also be willing to perform night shift hours when required.
RequirementsTo be considered for this position, you must have:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering with min 3 years of experience in engineering work and/or construction industry
- Civil , Mechanical and/or Electrical knowledge / trained / experience
- Possess BCSS certificate
- Familiar with tender technical document preparation
