Job Title: Real-Time Computing Engineer
As a Real-Time Computing Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing high-performance computing systems for large-scale recommendation systems.

We are seeking an experienced engineer with a strong background in real-time computing and software development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of streaming computing systems and experience in developing TB-level Flink real-time computing systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing high-performance computing systems that can handle massive amounts of data and provide reliable infrastructure for our business systems.

This is a challenging role that requires a strong passion for learning new technologies and willingness to tackle complex problems without clear answers.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient in programming languages like Java, C++, Scala, Python.
  • Strong coding and troubleshooting skills.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Deep understanding of streaming computing systems, with formal production experience in developing TB-level Flink real-time computing systems.
  • Experience in data lake development is preferred.
  • Willingsness to learn new technologies and take on new challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement high-performance computing systems for large-scale recommendation systems.
  2. Create flexible, scalable, stable, and high-performance storage systems and computing models.
  3. Troubleshoot production system failures and design necessary mechanisms and tools to ensure overall stability of production systems.
  4. Construct industry-leading streaming computing frameworks and other distributed systems to provide reliable infrastructure for massive data and large-scale business systems.
  5. Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs.
  6. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.
  7. Update software, enhance existing software capabilities, and develop and direct software testing and validation procedures.
  8. Work with computer hardware engineers to integrate hardware and software systems and develop specifications and performance requirements.
