Logistics Operations Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and capable Logistics Team Leader to oversee night shift warehouse operations in our East location.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments; report damages and store items accurately.
    • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for timely dispatch.
    • Monitor inventory levels and initiate restocking as needed.
    • Maintain accurate records including invoices, packing lists, and delivery orders.
    • Resolve shipping discrepancies; liaise with Customer Service and suppliers.
    • Supervise, train, and manage warehouse staff to achieve performance and safety goals.
    • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (forklift license is an advantage).
    • Conduct daily checks to ensure warehouse cleanliness and operational readiness.

Requirements:

  • Able to handle heavy lifting and warehouse tasks.
  • Familiar with warehouse/inventory management systems and MS Office.
  • Leadership skills with experience in team supervision.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Willingsness to perform overtime when necessary.
