As a Quality Assurance Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's quality management system. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain QMS, SOP, and Work Instructions for the technical/quality department. You will also manage product non-conformance (NC) and internal non-conformance (IC), providing resolution plans and long-term containment strategies within 45 days.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Establish and maintain QMS, SOP, and Work Instructions for the technical/quality department.
2. Manage product non-conformance (NC) and internal non-conformance (IC), providing resolution plans and long-term containment strategies within 45 days.
3. Liaise with Headquarter/Supplier on quality-related issues upon Customer's request.
4. Participate in salvage stock management, notifying and activating inventory review and salvage plans as needed.
5. Plan and execute QC checking on incoming, in-process, and outgoing material inspection where applicable.
6. Coordinate with factory support for product shelf-life extension.
Requirements:
Min O level qualification/Diploma in Chemical Process or equivalent required. Min 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably from manufacturing industry.
