Job Description

You will play a key role in MAS' transformation initiatives to enhance the organization's effectiveness and service delivery. Your responsibilities will include collecting and compiling information on ongoing transformation initiatives, analyzing data to derive meaningful insights, preparing progress updates for management, building relationships with stakeholders, and supporting change management.

The Role Involves:

  1. Collecting and compiling information on ongoing transformation initiatives to track agency progress and alignment with Whole-of-Government initiatives.
  2. Cleaning and analyzing transformation data collected to derive meaningful insights.
  3. Preparing and presenting regular progress updates to management, including recommendations for improvements.
  4. Building relationships and coordinating with stakeholders (e.g. product teams, policy owners and implementation departments) to understand needs and gather ground feedback.
  5. Supporting change management (e.g. organizing and executing activities on the ground, tracking adoption rates, and gathering user feedback).
  6. Supporting staff communications, engagement and training (e.g. developing EDMs, presentations, training resources).


Requirements

  1. Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organize and interpret different types of data.
  2. High attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
  3. Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  4. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with others.
  5. Proactive, with willingness to learn and seek guidance when needed.
  6. Ready to be hands-on in implementation support and problem solving.
  7. Comfortable working with uncertainty and finding ways forward.
  8. Organized and methodical in managing multiple concurrent tasks.
  9. Adaptable to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
