At Oriental Aviation International PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled Director of Operations to lead our team in delivering exceptional results.
The estimated salary for this role is SGD 80,000 - SGD 120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
As a Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, including roster planning, manpower flow allocation, and staff performance appraisals.
You will also manage escalation from the team when required, monitor performance in real-time, and make necessary adjustments to meet service level agreements.
This includes conducting audits and performance reviews, providing training or orientation as needed, and preparing and maintaining statistics and reports.
You will share updates with the team and execute new workflows and improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
A key part of your role will be handling feedback from internal and external parties, including conducting investigations and implementing service recovery measures.
You will also manage and resolve complex feedback escalated by Service Team Leaders and handle staff disciplinary issues.
In addition, you will be responsible for managing staff employment records, health screening records, vaccination records, and training records.
Contractual and billing matters, such as timesheet verification, will also fall under your purview.
To succeed in this role, you should have a Diploma or Degree in any discipline, along with previous experience in a customer service or supervisory role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate and inspire a team, and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts effectively, are also crucial.
Candidates with experience working in a healthcare environment will be preferred, and proficiency in MS Office applications is required.
