We are seeking a skilled Digital Product Visionary to join our client's expanding team in Singapore. Our client is a Fintech-certified company that has developed an all-in-one application for financial institutions, enabling advisers to manage client data, create financial plans, and integrate an AI chatbot to enhance the accessibility of their knowledge base.
This onsite role involves defining and communicating the digital product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria. They will prioritize the product backlog, ensuring a clear understanding of requirements and expectations.
The ideal candidate will analyze end-user preferences and engage regularly with users to gain insights for product decisions and improvements. They will monitor project progress, address issues, and plan and write release notes and newsletters for product updates.
Key responsibilities include conducting user testing, gathering feedback, and incorporating insights into product improvements. The Digital Product Visionary will also manage the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization to post-launch optimization, defining and monitoring key product metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar field is required. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle, technical background knowledge of software development and web technologies, and proficiency in A/B testing tools and analytics platforms.
Strong communication and organizational abilities are essential, as well as experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products. Certification in product management is a plus, and being a Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR is mandatory.
