Visual Merchandising Manager / Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising Manager / Assistant Manager to support our brand cluster in TR APAC. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing daily operations, implementing VM guidelines, coordinating design proposals, and managing collateral orders.

The incumbent will work closely with the brand marketing team and key stakeholders to ensure design deliverables are tracked and completed in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure timely ordering of collaterals for each launch campaign to facilitate execution.
  2. Assist VM Manager in training Field Merchandisers to execute VM for ASOMs through training, workshops, and regular market visits.
  3. Help establish new launch formats for templates and processes.
  4. Update VM planograms based on assortment changes and product strategy.
  5. Manage agency collaborations for event design and development of scaled drawings and details.
  6. Supervise VM vendors on technical drawings, review prototypes, and samples for local production.
  7. Oversee project budgets, vendor relationships, and timelines to ensure efficient and timely delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in store design and visual merchandising, preferably in the beauty or retail sector.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing store design and VM strategy experience.
  • Excellent project management skills with a record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders.
