As a Fundraiser Executive at Adventist Nursing and Rehabilitation Centre, you will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies to support our mission. Your strong leadership skills, excellent written and communication skills, and deep understanding of fundraising principles will enable you to cultivate and build relationships with potential donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing all fundraising campaigns and events to meet financial targets, including golf charity tournaments and annual charity dinners.
- Identifying and cultivating potential donors, and building strong relationships with them.
- Developing and implementing strategies to target charitable trusts that support our charity's aims and activities.
- Sourcing grants applications, if applicable.
- Ensuring all applications and implementations are in accordance with all compliances and regulations.
- Drawing up event budgets for the committee.
- Tracking and reporting on fundraising progress, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Updating the working committee on the progress of the event and project account reporting.
- Managing donor databases and ensuring timely acknowledgment of gifts and donors' tax receipts.
- Recruiting and managing volunteers for fundraising events.
Requirements:
- Experience in fundraising or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and be a passionate fundraiser.
- Team player and fast learner.
