Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and qualified educator to fill a challenging role as an After School Care Teacher. This position requires a professional who can provide educational and recreational activities for students in a safe and supportive environment.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing daily lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • The educator will also supervise homework completion, review English spellings, and develop skills through in-house programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Qualification: College diploma or equivalent.

Experience: At least 1 year(s) of experience as a teacher or educator.

Skills: Classroom coaching, management, administration, childcare, teaching, tolerance, work well independently, stress management, classroom management, interpersonal skills, trusting relationships, early childhood education, care planning, first aid, wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily assignments and homework given by school shall be completed before returning home.
  • Supervise and review English spellings.
  • Execute in-house lesson plans to provide extra holistic learning.
  • Develop and implement Holiday programs and excursions for students.
  • Manage a class of students well and address class disciplinary issues by adopting a positive approach.
  • Evaluate student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
