We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Retail Sales Expert to promote luxury timepieces and drive customer satisfaction. As a key member of our boutique, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional sales service, managing customer relationships, and creating a network of loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized sales experiences to customers and ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Build and maintain a database of customers to drive repeat business and increase sales.
  • Represent the brand at corporate and customer events to build awareness and foster relationships.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets, maintain housekeeping standards, and provide exceptional customer service.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Sales and visual merchandising expertise.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to meet the demands of a retail role.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education an asset.
  • Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury goods.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
