We are seeking a highly skilled Actuarial Senior Associate to join our team at MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD. As a key member of our Actuarial Department, you will play a critical role in supporting our business needs by providing expert actuarial services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the valuation and reporting requirements to support business needs.
  • Support the computation of reserves and capital requirements for Risk Based Capital 2 (RBC2) solvency monitoring.
  • Perform valuation projects assigned, which may involve solvency, balance sheet, and profit & loss management.
  • Support new product assessment, including reserving/solvency bases review and valuation modelling requirements.
  • Maintain local Model Governance standards as per guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the group office and external Actuarial consultants to ensure adherence to guidelines and statutory regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of Actuarial experience.
  • Relevant discipline in Actuarial Studies, with good progress in actuarial exams of an international recognized actuarial body.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Good technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
  • Hands-on experience in Prophet is a plus.
