Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervision Professional to join our team. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of residential and commercial development projects.

Your primary focus will be on supervising construction site activities, identifying potential risks, and implementing strategies to mitigate them. You will work closely with our professional engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and client requirements.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement quality and safety assurance systems, manage teams of technical supervisors, and oversee structural and geotechnical works. Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized university;
  • Minimum 2-8 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in residential and commercial development projects;
  • Strong knowledge of local construction practices, bored piling, precast structures, and structural steel;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, AutoCAD, and BIM software;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels;
