Electrical Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to lead our service team and plan maintenance regimes for commercial buildings.
The ideal candidate will possess general knowledge of electrical installations, have excellent communication skills to interface with clients, and be able to provide technical advice on M&E installation issues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of electricians and technicians to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
- Developing and implementing effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and reduce costs
- Providing technical support and guidance to junior team members
