Job Title: Chemical Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Chemical Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of chemical surface treatment processes. You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to provide production support and drive continuous improvement towards meeting or exceeding established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective chemical surface treatment processes to meet product quality and compliance specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of production processes and results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 0-2 years of experience in CNC, surface treatment, and assembly processes.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, including multinational teams.
  • B3 in O Level Chinese is required to support Chinese speaking internal and external stakeholder.
