Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement nutrition care plans for patients with complex medical conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Train and mentor junior dietitians and students on clinical placements
