Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Network Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in troubleshooting complex enterprise LAN and large WAN networks, as well as a strong understanding of routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, MP-BGP, MPLS, TE, SR, QoS, SDWAN Overlay protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a Level-3 engineer and Subject Matter Expert for Global Network Services.
  • Participate in the 24x7 escalations team (on rotational standby call).
  • Manage incidents escalation to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner.
  • Provide Technical Support and consultancy as SME to internal stakeholders.
  • Review complex change requests and participate in pre-change council meetings.
  • Work closely with problem management teams to identify root causes of chronic problems or recurring issues, plan for preventive actions, and improvement.
  • Analyze IP network performance and take proactive actions to monitor and enhance network performance.
  • Occasionally provide training to Tier 1 and 2 engineers on complex issues handled.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Cisco CCNP certification with rich experience in troubleshooting complex enterprise LAN and large WAN networks.
  • At least 8+ years' experience in similar support roles, working directly with large global customers and partners.
  • Good knowledge of Telco and enterprise networks and technologies.
  • Working experience in configuring and troubleshooting SD-WAN technologies.
  • Strong understanding of routing protocols like OSPF, BGP, MP-BGP, MPLS, TE, SR, QoS, SDWAN Overlay protocols.
  • Expertise with Remote Access VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, TCP/IP, Authentication Protocols (LDAP, RADIUS, etc.).
  • Experience of Security services (IDS/IPS, Firewalls, etc.).
  • Strong ability to independently debug broad, complex, and unique networks with mixed media and protocols required.
  • Working experience minimum in one of the following SDWAN products: Cisco, Silverpeak, Velocloud, Fortinet, etc.
  • Cloud and Virtualization experience (AWS, Azure, VMWare, OpenStack) is a plus.
