Backend Software Developer

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a skilled Backend Software Developer. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend solutions that support our applications and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality backend services using .NET Core/.NET Framework.
  • Implement RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
  • Optimize applications for performance and scalability within Windows and Linux environments.
  • Deploy and manage cloud-based solutions on Microsoft Azure.
  • Implement best practices for GitHub/GitLab workflows, including CI/CD pipelines.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive system development.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize application performance issues.
  • Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of backend applications.
  • Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and prevent regressions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • .NET Development – At least 3 years of experience with .NET Core/.NET Framework.
  • Development Tools - Proficiency in Microsoft Visual Studio and experience in both Windows and Linux environments.
  • Cloud Services - Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and storage solutions.
  • Version Control - Strong understanding of GitHub/GitLab workflows, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Database Management - Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM frameworks like Entity Framework.
  • Messaging Systems - Familiarity with MQTT, messaging queues, or background job processing is advantageous.
  • Ai and Machine Learning - Knowledge in AI and Machine Learning is highly beneficial.
  • Electrical Engineering - Knowledge of electrical and electronic engineering is a valuable addition.
  • Containerization - Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is a plus.

  • Problem-Solving - Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Communication - Effective verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Agile Methodologies - Experience working in an agile development environment.
  • Documentation - Ability to write and maintain clear technical documentation.

Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in backend development with .NET Core/.NET Framework.
