Job Description

We are looking for an experienced procurement professional who can assist us in sourcing, negotiating and purchasing Construction Materials. The successful candidate will be responsible for raising and typing purchase requisitions and purchase orders, as well as liaising with suppliers and vendors.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be able to ensure that all items quoted match with site requirements. They will also be responsible for matching supplier invoices with supporting documents such as PR, PO and DO, and preparing relevant reports for purchasing.

Maintaining up-to-date prices from suppliers and performing other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Department Head will also be key responsibilities of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to source and purchase Construction Materials
  • Proficient in preparing reports and maintaining records
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
