Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing design, budget, schedules, quality, and personnel for integrated project execution teams on Land Transport Authority (LTA) projects. This role requires strong leadership qualities, good analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in relevant software programs for planning and project work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of LTA construction projects;
  • Oversee site quality and safety issues;
  • Determine non-conformances on works;
  • Liaise with Contractors to rectify non-conformances and document them properly;
  • Ensure timely conveyance of site decisions to Contractors;
  • Ensure works are carried out according to specifications, drawings, and program without compromising quality and safety;
  • Manage quality and safety matters and suggest quality improvement measures for implementation on site;
  • Supervise installation of instrumentation and monitoring of instrumentation;
  • Lead a team of supervisors to ensure full-time supervision of works on site;
  • Assist in operating the PMCC;
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Person Specification:
  • Minimum Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering / Construction Management;
  • At least 5 years' relevant experience in a project/construction environment, including transport/tunnelling/underground structures;
  • Previous experience working on LTA projects in Singapore is an advantage;
  • Proficiency in relevant software programs for planning and project work is advantageous;
  • Experience in C&S, geotechnical tunnel, or viaduct design is also an advantage;
  • Strong leadership qualities with good analytical and communication skills.
