Responsibilities:

  • Fabrication of signs and displays from a wide range of metals
  • Tig and Mig welding experience required as well as Soldering
  • Manufacture of components from engineering drawings
  • Use of measuring equipment to check own work
  • Operate plant and equipment and follow safe operating instructions
  • Maintain good working practice and housekeeping
  • Use equipment correctly and ensuring such equipment is in a satisfactory condition
  • Ensuring completed tasks are progressed/available for the next operation
  • Working as part of a team to contribute to improving workshop processes
  • Achieve high standards of quality in line with targeted levels of output

As a member of our manufacturing team, you will be expected to assist in other areas of the workshop when required and will be provided with training on the relevant machines and processes.

39hr week (extra hours available) 8am – 5 pm Weekends: not specified
Salary negotiable for experienced candidates
