Female Football Development Coach

A dynamic and inspiring football coach is sought to guide and motivate the next generation of female players. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for developing motor skills and a commitment to creating a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement engaging football training programs that cater to the needs and abilities of young girls.
Foster a culture of sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect among players.
Collaborate with other coaches and support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective team approach.
Provide guidance and feedback to players to help them improve their skills and reach their full potential.
Requirements
At least 1-2 years of experience in football coaching.
Good understanding of motor skills development and its application in football training.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with players, parents, and colleagues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.

Session Details
Sessions are held at various locations across Singapore, including Lion City Sailors Training Centre, ITE College Central, and German European School Singapore.
Coaches are expected to arrive 30 minutes prior to each session for setup and preparation.
Sessions are 1.5 hours long, with flexible scheduling to accommodate different coaching styles and player needs.
Expectations
Not required to take all sessions mentioned above.
