Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Financial Support Assistant
About the Job:
The Financial Support Assistant will be responsible for:
- Reconciling daily revenue and assisting with collections.
- Supporting month-end closings and accounts receivable tasks.
- Preparing bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Handling supplier payments and petty cash reimbursements.
- Assisting with weekly cash sales counting.
- Supporting inter-company billings and year-end audits.
- Pitching in on ad-hoc finance tasks when needed.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in accounting or a related field.
- LCCI level 2/Diploma in Accountancy (or equivalent).
- Bonus points if you have worked with Xero accounting software.
- A keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- You should be responsible, motivated, and a great team player.
