Job Title: Regional Compliance Officer
Description: We are seeking a qualified professional to lead our internal control and compliance system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law, auditing, or finance, with experience in internal control & compliance, legal affairs, or auditing.
Key Responsibilities:Establish and maintain an overseas internal control and compliance system
Identify and mitigate compliance risks in overseas operations
Review major decisions, overseas projects, and contracts for potential legal risks
Conduct regular internal control and compliance inspections
Organize compliance training for overseas employees
Handle overseas compliance emergencies and violations
Bachelor's degree or above in relevant majors such as Law, Auditing, Financial Management, or Business Management
Over 5 years of experience in internal control & compliance, legal affairs, or auditing
Familiarity with legal requirements and procedures, ideally in merger & acquisition (M&A) transactions and supply chain management
Experience in M&A, legal compliance within the logistics industry, and joint venture negotiations
Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
