Program Assistant - Academic Operations

The role of Program Assistant - Academic Operations is a highly organized and detail-oriented position, supporting the academic operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing day-to-day activities related to HSS degree programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute academic operations, including exam administration and quality assurance measures;
  • Assist with administrative matters pertaining to Clinical Practice Education;
  • Support program-level events, such as workshops, meetings, and dialogue sessions;
  • Perform other functional duties or divisional work assigned.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in Administrative roles, preferably in Education or Government sectors;
  • Ability to commit for 7 months;
  • Availability to start work immediately or on short notice.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Skills: Time management, prioritization, data entry, office software applications, teamwork, and customer service.
