Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team. This role involves soliciting sales leads and being the first point of contact for client inquiries, with a focus on fulfilling client requirements across our range of product and service offerings.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self-driven, and goal-oriented, with the ability to balance sales targets with social impact.

In this dynamic role, you will work closely with educators and institutions, shaping meaningful learning experiences for students. You will also have opportunities to cross-sell and expand client engagements across our range of offerings.

The successful candidate will be a collaborative team player who enjoys finding solutions with colleagues and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement & Account Management: Respond promptly to inquiries from schools, corporate clients, and the public.
  • Manage accounts end-to-end, ensuring quotations, bookings, contracts are accurate and ensure smooth programme delivery.
  • Host client visits, farm tours, and site recces at our Farm.
Sales & Business Development:
  • Develop tailored proposals and pricing strategies, particularly for schools.
  • Identify and secure long-term institutional partnerships.
  • Promote our suite of products and services (programming, garden builds, maintenance, farm produce).
  • Align efforts with Marketing to strengthen outreach and lead generation.
Mission Advocacy:
  • Champion our social mission by embedding sustainability, food resilience, and experiential learning into client conversations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs across operational, aesthetic, and cost considerations.
